How is hourly billing tracked and reported?
We track time per engagement and send a weekly report with hours, what shipped, and what is up next. Monthly invoices include a clean breakdown by workstream.
Can we mix tiers across a single engagement?
Yes - many clients run a long-term retainer at one tier and burst into the Quick Response tier for short crunches. We bill each tier separately on the same invoice.
Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes, for well-scoped engagements (audits, migrations, single platform stand-ups). We will quote a fixed price after a free 30-minute scoping call.
What about enterprise SLAs and security requirements?
Enterprise engagements include custom SLAs, security reviews, and dedicated account management. Pricing is bespoke - contact us to discuss.
