1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Diatom Labs' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services

Diatom Labs provides cloud engineering and DevOps services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud infrastructure design and implementation
  • DevOps automation and optimization
  • Infrastructure as Code development
  • Consulting and advisory services
  • Technical support and maintenance

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete information
  • Protect account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Transmit malicious code or content

4. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services
  • Refuse service to anyone
  • Limit service availability or features
  • Change pricing with notice

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables remain with Diatom Labs unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services and deliverables for your internal business purposes.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required as specified in service agreements
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the service engagement.

8. Liability Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss or security breaches
  • Third-party services or products

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in service agreements. Upon termination:

  • All access rights cease immediately
  • Outstanding payments become due
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
