UI/UX Design.

Product design that ships: research, flows, and design systems built alongside the engineers who implement them - for new products or redesigns of existing ones.

UI/UX Design

We design digital products - from scratch, or by auditing and reworking what you already have. Design here is not a separate department that hands PNGs over a wall: it sits next to engineering, which changes what gets designed. What we hand over is buildable by definition.

What we do

Product design

  • Research: stakeholder interviews, user interviews, competitive review
  • User flows, information architecture, and wireframes before any pixels
  • High-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
  • Usability testing while changes are still cheap

Design systems

  • Component libraries that map one-to-one to code
  • Design tokens, spacing, and typography scales engineers can consume directly
  • Documentation that survives the first handoff

Audits and redesigns

  • UX audits of existing products with prioritized, concrete findings
  • Incremental redesigns that ship section by section - no big-bang rewrites
  • Accessibility reviews against WCAG, with fixes, not just a report

How we work

  1. Understand - the users, the workflow, and the business constraint behind the brief
  2. Structure - flows and information architecture first; visual design second
  3. Design - high-fidelity UI, prototyped and tested with real users
  4. Hand off - a design system and specs the engineers build from directly, with us in the room

When this is the wrong service

We are not a branding agency. If you need a logo, a campaign, or a rebrand, hire one - we can even recommend a few. We design software: products, portals, dashboards, and the design systems behind them.

Contact us if you have a product that needs to work as well as it looks.

- Outcomes

What this engagement delivers.

01
Buildable by definition
Design and engineering sit in the same team, so what we hand over maps to real components and real constraints. No 'the developers will figure it out.'
02
Systems, not screens
Component libraries, tokens, and spacing scales that engineers can consume directly - so screen fifty is as consistent as screen one.
03
Tested before built
Prototypes get put in front of users before code gets written. Changing a Figma frame is cheap; changing a shipped feature is not.
04
Software focus
We design products, portals, and dashboards - the things we also build and operate. Not campaigns, not brand books.
